Co-founder and first Vice President of The Heart - European Collaboration Centre for Corporations and Startups. At The Heart he held the position of Head of Operations overseeing and developing the services offered to corporate clients. Co-founder and former CEO of Innovatika – innovation consulting company established in 2004 and other startups such as iPilot or Digital Gateways.

Over the past 16 years he has led dozens of consulting projects in the area of strategy and innovation in Poland, Western Europe, the USA, the Middle East and South-East Asia. Prior to that, he gained experience as a brand manager in one of the largest FMCG corporations supervising the development of innovative products. He was a speaker at the first edition of TEDx Warsaw.

Since 2015, he has been focusing on the topic of cooperation between large companies and young technology companies. He is also an expert of the European Commission in the area of Pre-commercial Procurement (PCP). Expert and speaker of the PARP Innovation Manager Academy programme.

Graduate of doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance of Warsaw School of Economics. At SGH he co-taught Innovation Management in an Enterprise, infecting students with his passion for the application of innovative methods in building startups and implementing business ideas.

Since 2013, he has also been supporting the development of family vineyard, Widok Wojszyn, located at the Vistula River near Kazimierz Dolny.
